Who You Say I Am

The at-home retreat for Catholic moms who are ready to reclaim their God-given identity, renew their purpose, and embrace motherhood with peace and joy.

Me + Mary + Jesus? I'm IN!

Whether or not you felt ready for motherhood, nothing really prepares you for the reality of this vocation.

The endless laundry. How apparently everyone must eat three times a day + 57 snacks. The random, brutal sleep regressions. The behavior issues you never saw coming and have no idea how to handle.

It’s exhausting—but there’s another cost of motherhood few people talk about.

In giving your all, it's easy to lose who you are.

Constantly being needed, yet feeling like "just a mom."

You’re always on call—wiping noses, breaking up fights, making snacks. Somewhere along the way, you’ve forgotten what it feels like to be you, or even who "you" are.

You don’t remember your hobbies or the things that used to light you up. What did you do for fun? You’re not even sure anymore. Or they seem trivial in the face of trying to get the souls entrusted to you to Heaven.

And when you finally do get a break, the guilt creeps in, convincing you that you should be doing something “productive” instead of resting or reconnecting with yourself or God.

The dreams and passions that once defined you feel like a distant memory. And without those anchors, it’s easy to feel lost in the endless swirl of diapers, dinners, and to-do lists.

You feel...

  • Irritable, snapping at your kids or spouse because you’re stretched too thin.
  • Disconnected, unable to be present because your mind is always racing.
  • Guilty, convinced you’re failing, ruining your kids, or letting everyone down.
  • Invisible, wondering if anyone even notices all that you do.
  • Resentful, frustrated that it always falls on you to hold everything together.
  • Overwhelmed, drowning in the mental load of keeping everyone else afloat.
  • Lonely, unseen and isolated, even in a house full of people.
  • Stuck, trapped in routines, far from the woman you thought you’d be.
And all that shows up in your mothering
It’s exhausting. It’s heavy. And it’s not how God intended you to live.

Mama, it’s time to remember who you are
and whose you are.

You are more than the chaos of your days, the roles you fill, and the lies you believe about yourself and your motherhood.

God created you for this vocation—not to lose yourself, but to become fully who He made you to be.

It’s time to reclaim your identity in Christ, renew your purpose, and embrace a motherhood rooted in peace, joy, and grace.

Who You Say I Am

Catholic Identity Retreat for Moms

The 5-day at-home retreat for Catholic moms ready to reclaim their God-given identity, renew their purpose, and embrace motherhood with peace and joy.

This immersive audio + journaling retreat includes...

A daily Scripture-based reflection to arm you with God’s truth so you can step into motherhood with peace, confidence, and purpose.

A practical mindset audio to help you reframe struggles, let go of overwhelm, and show up with grace—even on hard days.

A beautiful workbook with powerful prompts and practical exercises to help you apply what you’re learning, and transform your daily life.

Daily prayers and visio divina to help you reconnect with God, receive His grace, and experience His truth with fresh eyes.

This is what I've been looking for!

Here’s what we’ll cover:

We’ll uncover the negative thought patterns most moms have that lead to guilt, discouragement, and overwhelm. Then, we’ll show you the simple way to shift them, so you can feel calmer, more in control, and better equipped to handle daily challenges without spiraling into frustration or self-doubt.
Day One

YES TO ALL OF THE ABOVE!

You’ll discover the common ways moms tie their self-worth to productivity, appearance, or how others perceive them. Then, we’ll help you anchor yourself in your God-given identity, so you can stop chasing external validation and feel secure, confident, and purposeful in your motherhood.
Day Two
We’ll come face-to-face with the subtle (but powerful!) lies that make you feel like you’re not enough or that you’re failing at motherhood. Then, we’ll teach you how to recognize, challenge, and replace those lies with truth, so you can stop second guessing yourself and feel connected to your family and your faith.
Day Three
We’re tackling the habits and reactions that leave you feeling stuck, frustrated, or overwhelmed in the moment. Then, we’ll show you how to realign your actions with the mom you want to be, so you can handle tough moments with calm, patience, and grace—even when the kids are feral and you’re clinging to a thread of patience.
Day Four
We’ll dig into the struggle of letting go of control and trusting God when life feels chaotic or exhausting. Then, we’ll introduce you to the FIAT framework, a tool you can use every single day to navigate challenges with peace, trust, and intentionality, knowing God is with you every step of the way.
Day Five
For both of us, becoming moms wasn’t part of the plan. We were thrown into this vocation unexpectedly, and while we loved our children, we couldn’t shake the feeling that we’d lost ourselves somewhere between the sleepless nights and piles of laundry.

It wasn’t until we began rooting ourselves in the truth of who God says we are that everything started to change.

Anchoring our identity in Him gave us the clarity to see beyond the chaos, the strength to let go of perfectionism, and the grace to embrace motherhood as a joy-filled calling instead of a relentless checklist.

We’re not here because we’ve got it all figured out—we don’t. But we’ve experienced firsthand how aligning our lives with God’s truth can transform how we show up as moms. That’s why we created the Who You Say I Am Identity Retreat.

This retreat isn’t about fixing yourself or finding more hours in the day. It’s about remembering who you are and whose you are, so you can stop striving and start living your vocation with peace, joy, and purpose.

This is the motherhood you were made for.

Right now, you might feel lost in the daily grind, unseen in the chaos, or disconnected from the woman you once were. You might wonder if you’ll ever feel like “yourself” again—or if motherhood means losing that completely.

But by the end of this retreat, you won’t just feel more like you—you’ll feel anchored, confident, and deeply at peace.

✨ You'll wake up knowing exactly who you are in Christ, no longer defined by exhaustion, guilt, or expectations.

✨ You’ll move through your days with peace, handling challenges with grace instead of frustration.

✨ You’ll experience joy—in the big moments and the ordinary ones.

You don’t have to stay stuck. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

It’s time to reclaim who you are in Christ and rediscover the joy of motherhood.

YES to more peace and purpose!
