Who You Say I Am

The at-home retreat for Catholic Spiritual Mothers who are ready to reclaim their God-given identity, renew their purpose, and embrace their vocation with peace and joy.

Me + Mary + Jesus? I'm IN!

In all the talks you’ve heard about vocation, no one ever really explained spiritual motherhood. You were told about the beauty of marriage, the gift of physical motherhood, or the call to religious life.

But no one told you what to do when your life doesn’t fit into those boxes.

And here you are, living the reality of spiritual motherhood—but it doesn’t feel clear, and it doesn’t feel simple.

You’re living this vocation—but who are you in it?

Constantly being needed, yet feeling like "just a mom."

You’re always on call—wiping noses, breaking up fights, making snacks. Somewhere along the way, you’ve forgotten what it feels like to be you, or even who "you" are.

You don’t remember your hobbies or the things that used to light you up. What did you do for fun? You’re not even sure anymore. Or they seem trivial in the face of trying to get the souls entrusted to you to Heaven.

And when you finally do get a break, the guilt creeps in, convincing you that you should be doing something “productive” instead of resting or reconnecting with yourself or God.

The dreams and passions that once defined you feel like a distant memory. And without those anchors, it’s easy to feel lost in the endless swirl of diapers, dinners, and to-do lists.
  • Unworthy, because you know what the Church teaches about family and vocation so why are you being denied?
  • Irritable, snapping at your kids or spouse because you’re stretched too thin.
  • Disconnected, because you’re not sure where to plant yourself (you’re waiting, in vocational limbo.
  • Guilty, because you’re not trusting in God’s plan or timing.
  • Resentful, why hasn’t God given you the things you’re longing for OR made it clear what you’re supposed to do instead?
  • Unfulfilled, missing the spark and joy you once had for life because you feel stuck in the waiting.
  • Overwhelmed, you’re pouring yourself into anything that you think might give you a sense of purpose
  • Lonely, unseen and isolated, even when surrounded by friends and family.
But when you lose sight of that truth, it shows up in your daily life. You feel...
It’s exhausting. It’s heavy.
And it’s not how God intended you to live.

Spiritual Mother, it’s time to remember who you are and whose you are.

You are more than the responsibilities you carry, the roles you fill, and the lies that whisper you’re not enough.

God has called you to spiritual motherhood right now—not to lose yourself, but to become more fully the woman He created you to be.

It’s time to reclaim your identity in Christ, renew your purpose, and embrace your vocation with peace, joy, and grace.

Who You Say I Am

Catholic Identity Retreat for Spiritual Mothers

The 5-day at-home retreat for Catholic women ready to reclaim their God-given identity, renew their purpose, and embrace motherhood with peace and joy.

This immersive audio + journaling retreat includes...

A daily Scripture-based reflection to arm you with God’s truth so you can step into your vocation with peace, confidence, and purpose.

A practical mindset audio to help you reframe struggles, let go of overwhelm, and show up with grace—even on hard days.

A beautiful workbook with powerful prompts and practical exercises to help you apply what you’re learning, and transform your daily life.

Daily prayers and visio divina to help you reconnect with God, receive His grace, and experience His truth with fresh eyes.

This is what I've been looking for!

Here’s what we’ll cover:

We’ll uncover the negative thought patterns that often creep into spiritual motherhood—the ones that lead to guilt, discouragement, and doubt about your impact. Then, we’ll show you a simple way to shift them, so you can feel more at peace, confident in your calling, and better equipped to navigate challenges without spiraling into frustration or self-doubt.
Day One

YES TO ALL OF THE ABOVE!

You’ll discover the common ways spiritual mothers tie their self-worth to productivity, the roles they fill, or how others perceive them. Then, we’ll help you anchor yourself in your God-given identity, so you can stop chasing external validation and step into your vocation with confidence, peace, and purpose.
Day Two
We’ll come face-to-face with the subtle (but powerful!) lies that make you feel like you’re not enough or that you’re falling short in your calling. Then, we’ll teach you how to recognize, challenge, and replace those lies with God’s truth, so you can stop second-guessing yourself and step into spiritual motherhood with confidence, peace, and a deeper connection to your faith.
Day Three
We’re tackling the habits and thought patterns that leave you feeling stuck, frustrated, or overwhelmed in your calling. Then, we’ll show you how to realign your mindset and actions with the woman God created you to be, so you can navigate challenges with calm, confidence, and grace—even when things feel messy and uncertain.
Day Four
We’ll dive into the struggle of letting go of control and truly trusting God when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. Then, we’ll introduce you to the FIAT framework—a simple, powerful tool you can use daily to navigate challenges with peace, trust, and intentionality, knowing that God is guiding you every step of the way.
Day Five

You’ll walk away from this five-day retreat with more calm, clarity, and peace than you’ve ever experienced in your spiritual motherhood—rooted in your God-given identity and confident in the calling He has placed on your life.

Who You Say I Am is perfect for you if you're a Catholic woman who...

  • Craves peace and purpose in your spiritual motherhood but feel stuck in uncertainty or exhaustion.

  • Lost sight of who you are outside of the roles you fill for others.

  • Wants a faith-filled, practical approach to navigating the demands of your vocation.

  • Is tired of the guilt and second-guessing and wants to nurture, lead, and serve with confidence and joy.

  • Feels ready to grow closer to God and rediscover the woman He’s calling you to be.

However, the examples and exercises in this retreat are specifically geared toward women living out a vocation of spiritual motherhood—mentoring, guiding, and nurturing souls outside of traditional motherhood. This is the vocation you were made for.

Right now, you might feel lost in the constant giving, unseen in the background, or disconnected from the woman you once were. You might wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again—or if stepping into spiritual motherhood means losing that completely.

But by the end of this retreat, you won’t just feel more like you—you’ll feel anchored, confident, and deeply at peace.

✨ You'll wake up knowing exactly who you are in Christ—no longer defined by exhaustion, doubt, or the expectations of others.

✨ You’ll move through your days with peace, handling challenges with grace instead of overwhelm.

✨ You’ll experience joy—in the big moments and in the quiet, hidden ones.

You don’t have to stay stuck. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

It’s time to reclaim who you are in Christ and step into spiritual motherhood with clarity, confidence, and joy.

YES to more peace and purpose!
